These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cloud Timer, a time tracking and project management platform.

Service Description

Cloud Timer is a cloud-based SaaS platform for time tracking, expense management, project management, and team collaboration.

Account & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cloud Timer only for lawful purposes. You must not upload malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service to violate any applicable laws.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Cloud Timer. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Your data is yours.

Service Level

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages. The service is provided on a best-effort basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Timer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination & Data Export

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you can export your data via the built-in export feature. After account deletion, personal data is removed while financial records are retained for 5 years per Bogføringsloven.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) under Danish law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret).
